As far back as B.C {Before Christ}, working it’s way up to the Cowboy and Indian days, Moonshiners and staggering around all the way up until now….the search engine epidemic — there has and always will be those who practice underhanded business, trying to game the system. Moreover, as far as I can tell, through the historical books I’ve read throughout life, and from my life’s experiences — the bad guy always loses and the good guy always wins! That even rings true in today’s Hollywood movies.

Hidden text and links; Obviously you don’t need for me to explain to you, why implementing these less than acceptable strategies on your own website(s), would be a horrible business idea. It might have passed algorithmic spam filters, back in the early 1990′s, that is if, you was dumb enough to try it.

Google Webmaster Guidelines can help you to know the difference from good and evil, as per what they accept, and what they do not accept. All in all, Google really isn’t that strict. Their guidelines are their guidelines, it is your choice to use the Google search engine, I mean it isn’t an obligation by any means. Of course Google doesn’t always play by the book, but Googloe is boss — and the boss always has a little bit more pull, than those on the bottom of the ladder.

Abstract

A system detects hidden elements in a document that includes a group of elements. The system may identify each of the elements in the document and create a structural representation of the document.

The structural representation may provide an interconnection of the group of elements in the document. The system may also determine whether one or more elements of the group of elements are hidden based at least in part on locations or other attributes or properties of the one or more elements in the structural representation.

I don’t in particularly enjoy reading patents, I don’t know many people who do, other than Bill Slawski, another search geek, someone who I’m not very well aquainted with, but would enjoy getting to know.

Some benefits of this page though, is that it’s an excelent page to sent a client to or anyone else for that matter. I always try to help those who are doing things the old school way, or just aren’t doing things right at all. Articles like this one, actually provide tons of value.
