Introducing Google+ Sign-In

Google is taking Google+ to a whole nuther level, and from the looks of what they’re saying, they plan to take it much further than this. Google+ sign in, has added as application sign in feature.

Whether you’re building an app for Android, iOS or the web, users can now sign in to your app with Google, and bring along their Google+ info for an upgraded experience. – Google

I found some images that provide a clear view of how it will work.  I would personally like to see this become a wordpress plugin.

It would add lots of awesome SEO benefits, and bring Google+ to the door step of your readers.

To see it work you can visit http://www.guardiannews.com/ and click on the sign in button at the top (Left) of the website. You used to only be able to sign in with Twitter or facebook, but now there’s an option to sign in with Google+.
