Google’s New Platform To Help Fix Hacked Website’s: Seems all we hear about anymore, is Google. Truth is that as far as search engines go, Google is updating more often, providing more help to webmasters, teaching businesses how to derive organic search traffic, etc. Other search engines, those such as Yandex, Bing and Yahoo! don’t put forth enough initiative or effort, to move forward and compete with Google.

Google’s New Platform To Help Fix Hacked Website’s

I’ve been hacked before, have you? Getting your website hacked isn’t any fun at all, truth is, it’s completely humiliating and time consuming at that. Often times, we get hacked, at the least unexpected times, and fixing the hack is a big burden of a job. Normally we have to rush to outsource someone to fix our website, not knowing if we can trust the person who’s fixing it. Often times, many of you can’t even budget for that, due to the time it happened.

Whether you learned about your website getting hacked through Google or you simply found it yourself — often times we use Google, in one way or the other, even if it be getting the Maleware warning removed. Have you done that before?

Now Google offers a much more beneficial platform, helping you to FIX your hacked website, they even go as far as helping you to get over the humiliation. One truly never knows what to expect out of Google next. Take a look at Google’s new platform, offering  Webmaster Help For Hacked Sites.

As the title mentions, Google has unfolded a really powerful, Russian Link Network. As some of you might very well recall, Google deindexed many Blog Directories and Networks, just last year — due to them being over ran by link spammers. Many underhanded SEO’s was taking advantage of these link networks, using them to generate backlinks for themselves and for their clients. Underhanded trade will be something that will always be around, as long as there’s a clientele base — to say the least, many SEO’s are still practicing the same underhanded search techniques that led them to being penalized by Google, just months ago. [No Links Required I Hope]

Russian Link Network Spam

It just so turns out, not even a few months after all those recent Google updates, Networks being deindexed, webmasters being thrown from the SERP, families losing their homes due to underhanded internet businesses going under for breaking search guidelines and etc, blackhat SEO’s have already been back at it again — It seems it didn’t do them much good this time though, and as from the looks of it — Googles Matt Cutts is fresh on their tails — before they could really get started!

The above Tweet came out of Twitter, just 5 days ago. Strange that none of us heard anything about any of this — that is up until this evening. I received a spam email, to my inbox, the email linked to this Spam site.

I read through the spam site, to gain a more clear understanding of the situation. The spam site, linked me to this Russian Link Network.

This is proof that spammers will never stop. This is also proof that Google won’t either. ;) For Google to have gotten their hands around this one, it must have been a pretty popular network, eh? What strikes me, is that enough SEO‘s had to of been using it, makes me wonder who was using it. It seemed to have been the new Link popularity in Russia (and other countries) [[[Hacked Sites]]]. If your website was hacked any time within the past year, you might want to make sure that there’s no suspicious links embedded in your “old articles”. Seems like daily I come across really popular sites, that shows a maleware warning. Makes one think! The price for website security is worth it, going into 2013.

What’s Next? Please leave your comments below and if you was using this Russian spam network, I’d love the insider (watch closely for your site to be deindexed next) news :)  Please share this post and let the rest of the world know about this. RxSEO The Underworld of Local Search

When you think of link building you think of what you’ve been taught through random SEO internet sources. Sad to say but the majority of SEO’s on the internet in today’s marketing era are saturated with what they’ve been taught. If you was lucky enough to have gained information from one of the very few veteran SEO’s, then I applaud you, for the rest of you — it’s time you found a new source of information and learned a thing or two about link acquisition and how to apply link building for local search.

Link building can be really tricky due to all the false information on the web, and due to all the tricks that the novice link builders have written about, while they was very likely still learning to implement their new link building software. Link building is not done automatically with software. I realize that there’s tons of link building software on the market today and in order to know what works and what doesn’t, takes a ton of trial and error. Anyone who has been building links for a long time knows all too well that blackhat SEO doesn’t work and those who have gotten it to work for them, came to learn first hand that blackhat SEO is a very short term business life. Google is becoming too smart and too powerful in today’s marketing age to attempt anything outside the box. Sure, things like that used to work, “back in the day” — but today it’s just childish to assume you’ll achieve TOP search rankings from childs play.

Enough about that — let’s talk link building for local search. When it comes to establishing backlinks for a local SEO campaign, things are done differently, from how their done when implimenting an international SEO link building approach. Makes since, as times progresses, so does marketing strategies. If things was the same today as they was 15 years ago — everyone and their granny would have attacked the internet, and Google wouldn’t be anything close to what its become. The next time you see someone writing about how much they hate Google, etc keep this post in mind. Google can’t simply continue with their tail between their feet.

After seeing warnings by the truck loads recently — webmasters and small businesses alike

I understand why so many of you rewrite content. I recently had the opportunity to talk to someone, who I found to have a site full of rewritten content. The content wasn’t 100% original – nor was it 100% duplicate. These guys aren’t what you would refer to as scrapers, what they do is basically browse the web, looking for what they would like to think is “interesting material” and they copy it and paste it in a notepad or wherever they would prefer and they rewrite it. Simple as that. Yet, there’s really no way this content can be 100% original. If the rewriter does rewrite 100% of the material, they might as well have spent that time writing something of their own.

Spammers will always find new and creative ways to fool search engines, as long as search engines are powered by computers. As long as man builds the system – man can break the system, or so they say. What I find interesting is, why would anyone want to spend an hour or so rewriting someone else hard earned work, when they can spend the same amount of time, creating their very own   as great aren’t appealing content. I understand that some of you of writers as some of you others – yet that does”t make room for cheating. I suppose no matter what I say or do – thieves will always swarm the web and spammers will always spam.

There have been a couple of different WordPress plugins created that do a fairly good job at protecting what is rightfully yours. I’m not affiliated with, nor do I use these plugins, but I’m sure that some of you will find them useful. Let’s take a look at some of them, shall we?

It’s been found that some very legitimate businesses have been penalized on Google Plus Local Business Pages due to their categories not being up to par. What I mean by up to par is — Google want’s categories to be a certain way, but Google hasn’t made this known in their guidelines. There have been some pretty fair complaints made by local business owners, and I would just like to point this out to those of you who aren’t yet aware, before you make the same mistake and to provide you with some quality information, before you start providing Google Plus local services, for your customers.

Acceptable Categories on the New Google+Page – Google Groups

Nick – You are quoting the Places category. Again, Places is a small portion of your listing. Once on the map, the Maps rules take over.

seomoz scamThis isn’t going to be an in-depth story, I’ve provided proof in the past per this topic and really don’t feel that either Rand Fishken or SEOmoz deserve a huge write up. SEOMoz was founded on Blackhat strategies and still till this day, they provide questionable SEO services and questionable SEO software. After reading this story, I couldn’t help but to laugh at the entire SEOMoz community.

SEOMoz Scam and Rand Fishken

Is SEOMoz a scam? That’s a very broad term and question. I can say that SEOMoz was built on Blackhat SEO methods. We know that for sure. If you are someone who does business with SEOMoz, then that says a lot about you and your business too. I strongly suggest that you start to give more interest into whom you associate with. Everyone can’t be wrong. The proof is in the “puddin”.

Buy Links Under The Radar

Rand Puts it nicely here, many, many years before he uses psychology to try and redo the thinking of those in doubt of him. SEOMoz was founded on bullshit. SEOMoz is a blackhat based company. All in all, everything he does makes me sick to my stomach – as I’m sure many of you agree. Though I’m sure his cult doesn’t, they can continue to follow the cult leader. They will one day be bitten by the balls. Google isn’t ignorant. Then again, neither are we.
