I love Google Plus, I’ve made use of their social media platform, since the 5th day it was online. I always supported Google+ and said it’d quickly become the “next big thing”. As of this month, it was rated as the number two social media platform, in the world. Constantly updating, copnstantly becoming more and more awesome, by the day — Google Plus Cover photos just got bigger!

A private newsletter that I’m subscribed to, that’s created by Eric Ward has shined some light on a very, very interesting topic, concerning my favorite social platform, Google+. To my amazement, a recent Google Patent is providing searchers with the ability to “mute” Google+ search results.

I found a really interesting tidbit about Google+ and the statistics are earth shattering. Interetsing enough to know, but I wasn’t aware — Google Plus is mostly all male users. I senced a lot of testosterone on Google+, but damn — I didn’t realize it was this bad.

As an SEO, I really enjoy using social share buttons on all of my websites, and the websites of my clients. Social share buttons provide an easy to understand and easy to use social share opptortunity. It was mentioned via Google Plus Daily and mentioned through social media (Twitter) by the awesomely observant Matthew Gregory on Twitter, finally Google has done what needed to be done and rolled out a much needed and really improved interface. Those of you whom are managing various Google Plus Pages social local pages (G+SLP?). The new Google Plus interface allows you to quickly view all of the Pages that you are managing all at once, giving you a single view of all notifications across each and every one of your pages  allowing you really quick access to each of your page’s settings.
