Think about it for a moment here guys, look around at what the rest of the Local Search Community is offering you. Open new browser tabs and just look around — truth is, there isn’t a Local SEO website on the web that provides competitive Local SEO Strategies. I’m more than familiar with all the Local SEO professionals around the web today, but..I’m subscribed to all their websites and blogs and I know first hand what they’re doing. Keeping up with my competition, is a small part of my job. I hope you do the same, with your competitors.

Local SEO’s seem to be misled, mis-taught or just plain out lost — in my opinion. First Off —- There’s no such thing as Whitehat or Blackhat SEO.. In the world of business, these tpe of strategies are solely described as risk, and depending upon the amount of RISK that any given company is willing to take, compared to the amount of risk the other company is willing to take, is the only thing that seperats us as marketers. In life, no matter what business you’re involved in, there will always be jelously. If you feel you have room enough to take a little bit of risk, or your clients feel like taking some risk, hey —- this is the life of all businesses. There’s not ONE business out there who hasn’t taken a risk at some point or another.

I’m so friggin sick of seeing these noobs on these social platforms acting like they are SEO gods, in truth they don’t know their ass from their toes. The Theory Of “Juice” Transferal Through Links

What is link juice and how does it work?

When one website links to another website, “link juice” passes from one website to the other, when a search crawler crawls from one link, to the other. Let’s think about it like this, imagine a search crawler as being a little spider, and when it squeezes through that little hole (Link), it rubs its back on the top of the small hole. The spider gets cut, and looses a lit of blood (Juice). Only a small amount of link juice passes, when one site links to another. (Noob Friendly)

What Are Buffer Sites?

What Are Buffer Websites? A buffer site is a buffer strategy. Let’s say that you have a Youtube account, a Google+ account, a Pinterest account, a few Web 2.0 websites, a Blogger Blog, and a eZine Articles account. All of these platforms pass page rank.(When Done Correctly) A buffer site should always provide you with the do follow benefit.

A buffer site is used to protect you. When you create a new website or blog, it does not fly by good with Google, when you start building tons of links on day #1 of your website coming online, and it triggers a Google Penalty (If You’re Lucky), most of the time Google will just go ahead and deindex you for doing such things.

This is when your buffer site, becomes your best friend. Whether your website is new or 100 years old, you should always manage buffer sites, to send link juice (Ranking Power) to your website(s). You build your backlinks, to your buffer sites not to your money site.

You take advantage of the buffer sites, by incerting your links, in each of them.

 We then send tons of links to he larger sites page, thus safely transferring all the link juice to our site without triggering any Google alarms. Clever eh?

What Is a Link Pyramid and How Does a Link Pyramid Work?

A link pyramid is structured the same as a pyramid. The link pyramid, after crawled by search engines, processes the transferal of link juice, as we mentioned earlier.

When I first started, I didn’t understand any of the more advanced linking structures, and to look back, I don’t suppose I needed to understand them. A good SEO will learn to crawl, before he walks. I really didn’t understand why one couldn’t just build all of their backlinks, to ONE Website though, it really just didn’t make any since to me, until later on in my career.

It didn’t take me long to figure out, why I couldn’t just build links wildly, to my main site. Google hates it, when webmasters do that, and it triggers an automate Google penalty. This is one of the reasons why you should approach link building, from a more advanced strategy.

Note: The images presented in this article, show a “link wheel” at the bottom of the image(s), this is something I do NOT suggest doing. To avoid this, simply don’t connect all of your buffer sites, making them into a “wheel“. It’s ok to connect them, just don’t connect all of them together.

Google is very aware of this strategy, as Google is also aware of pretty much all strategies, which is why buffer sites are implemented. The LAST and least beneficial thing for you to do, is outsource these strategies, I can not recommend highly enough that you take risk yourself, and don’t put your life in the hands of a careless idiot.

Keep In Mind That There’s RISK Involved Anytime You Build Links.

A link wheel transfers link juice indefinately, and the strength of the incoming mass links, to your buffer sites, continues in a circle, ultimately passing link juice to your main website, thus it’s linked to from your bugger sites, and the inner pages of the buffer sites 9If You Added More Pages To Your Buffer Sites) Keep in mind that unique content should always be used on your buffer sites, attempt to add as much quality to your buffer sites as you possibly ca\n. Remember that the buffer sites are created on HUGE (Powerful) platforms.

Tiered Link Building Campaigns

Tiered Link building is said to be one of the most powerful linking strategies known in 2013. When used with another linking strategy, which I’m about to discuss, works amazingly well. In fact, one of the most well known white hat SEO’s and bloggers uses this strategy almost always, and has ranked many highly competitive keywords, doing so. While the definition of spammy links can surely be debated, it isn’t ever a good idea to send spammy links directly to your website. This is why these link structures have been used and updated to provide more and more quality, over the years.

If you are going to build links directly to your website, make sure they’re high quality links. Over time this will grow to be a large quantity of great links. For the time being, just focus on ranking your website, using the more advanced, and safe linking ,methods.

How To Create a Link Tier

A Link Tier is basically many different link pyramids, using the good o’l buffer site’s, that we discussed earlier on, in this article.

1.  1.) Create high quality buffer sites.
2. 2.) Create mass links to them, using link building tools or by hiring our link building services
3. 3.) Rinse and repeat

Post penguin I am all about doing this with social platforms and 2.0s. I will create youtube, facebook, and twitter pages.

Overall Effectiveness of this advanced linking structure: This is your bread and butter of link building, this is the best way to tank those difficult keywords, on the first page of Google, in a minimum effort.

Social Link Tiers

This is by far, the most powerful link building strategy you could possibly perform, with very minimal risk involved at all.

How To Do It

For a practical nich I would make:

• Yotube channel and video (EXTREMELY basic, just film a powerpoint)
• Facebook fan page
• Twitter page
• Google Plus Page

I would make sure my links are within the description area, of the above mentioned profiles, because these provide a do follow backlink, thus acting as your buffer!

I suggest that if you decide to use the above mentioned link building methods, to use them along with your already high quality SEO campaign, to give you a variation of incoming links.

I tried to stear clear of the more basic link building strategies, I think that by now all of you know what guest posting is, and are already familiar with link bait. I will get into using these basics, with a much more advanced approach in the near future.
